Sorry gang, but there was no Kenner Star Wars Micro Collection Action Figure Pic of the Week and there really won't be a Weekly Toy Blog Round Up either. There were some great posts that I had read earlier in the week, but sadly my Mom suffered a heart attack this week and that of course had my attention.

Weekly Toy Blog Round Up: Back to Purging, Where Has the Time Gone, and Batmobiles

Wow! Can you believe it is December already? Where has the year gone? Took a week off from my toy purging project, but I'll be getting back on it this weekend. In other news, I am planning on making December Batmobile month. So, the focus will primarily be on the different Batmobiles in my collection. Weekly Toy Blog Roundup: Childhood Memories, Inspiring Others, and G.I. Joe

Sorry for being a day late with the Weekly Toy Blog Roundup. As you know, I usually do these on Fridays, but the week has flown by and I have been working super hard this week, so I can take a nice long weekend to celebrate Thanksgiving and spend time with my family and friend. Don't worry though. Next week The Batcave Toy Room will still have it's normal routine of postings. The purging is still going strong and I have been taking some of the profits from the sales and picking up new acquisitions, which I will be sharing as soon as they start coming in. The G.I. Weekly Toy Blog Roundup: Happy Veteran's Day Edition

I want to take a moment and say thanks to all our armed forces past and present that serve and protect our country. Thank you for keeping us all safe and keeping our great country what it is. I follow the exploits of many childhood Super Heroes daily, but our troops are the real Super Heroes.

Weekly Toy Blog Roundup: Trick or Treating, Thanksgiving, and a Wonderful World

I had a great time this week with it being Halloween and all. It was great to take my little lady bug house to house trick or treating. Even though she was scared to death at the pumpkin patch and of the pumpkins we carved, she was all about the trick or treating.

I also had a blast taking my nephew and the both of us hanging in out in our Jedi garb. This post is going to end up sounding like the song "What a Wonderful World." but it truly is a wonderful world. The faces of wonder on these kids faces is just priceless and I look forward to what else is in store over the years as these great kids grow up.

I've had the privilege of seeing the pics of Bubbashelby's new addition to his family and I see the same joy in his smile for his little one's that I feel in my heart for mine. November is the month for giving thanks, although we should do it every month, but I really want to say thanks to all of you who share your lives and toys with me.  Hope you all have a great weekend. Let us hear what you're thankful for.

Weekly Toy Blog Roundup: Batman: Arkham Asylum, The Walking Dead, and Toy Rooms

Look out weekend because here I come! I was briefly under the weather this week, but I am just about back to full phaser power. I picked up a couple of acquisitions this week that I am eager to post, but I still have things I am working through. Namely the purging of The Batcave Toy Room. I am intending on posting my first eBay sale on Sunday and re-decorating the toy room itself. My creative juices have been following and I have some ideas I am going to start implementing here on my toy blog. One of which, is the Weekly Toy Blog Roundup that started last week.
