I remember these as a kid at the end of the second episode of the Batman TV series. William Dozier in his Desmond Doomsday voice would announce next weeks Special Guest Villain.
During the third season however, there would be an actual scene to transition into the next weeks episode.
I don't think TV Land and FX played the bumpers when they were airing the show (need that commercial time you know). So if you forgot about them or just never have seen them, check it out.

Possible Villians for Batman 3
Here is who some fellow Bat-Fans thinks should be the next villain for the next Batman film following The Dark Knight. Rumors have been flying since The Dark Knight's release. Everyone from Johnny Depp playing the Riddler, Rachel Weisz, Angelina Jolie, and Maggie Gyllenhaal playing the Catwoman, to Philip Seymour Hoffman playing the Penguin.
Do you agree with any of these fan favorites? Who do you think should be the next villain? And who should play him or her?

Cool Custom Mego Style Batman Villians
I am always amazed at the creativity of Mego collectors. Especially, when creating custom figures of unproduced characters. It would have been cool if Mego had done a Batman collection based on the TV series from the 60's.
Here we can see custom Mego style characters based on the Joker, Riddler, Penguin, and Catwoman from the Batman movie from the 60's with a very good likeness of the actors that played them. It would great if these were mass produced. Check out the video.
What do you think about customizing figures? Good idea or stick to the figures actually produced?
