This Side Of Paradise At The Las Vegas Expo

Yes, I am a Bat-god and I had nothing but an amazing time at the Las Vegas Comic Expo. After being let down two years in a row now by not being able to get tickets for Comic-Con this was a great alternative.

I have to admit, I was a little nervous about the LVCE. Nervous because this was the first time for this event. I was worried that it just was going to be a bomb. However, upon my arrival I had a totally different opinion.

I was blown away by the amount of people in line. Not only when I arrived at the 10:00 opening, but for the majority of the day. I wish I had the stats for the attendance, but it had to be hundreds.

One of the best things about the event was the Cosplayers. The Batman and Bane above were unbelievable for lack of a better word. The guy who was Bane told me his face mask was made by the same prop guy that did them for Tom Hardy in The Dark Knight Rises. Bane won best accurate costume for the costume contest. For his acceptance speech, he pulled out a 8 x 10 photo of Harvey Dent and recited dialog from TDKR in a perfect pitch Tom Hardy. He was so dead on I could swear it was Tom Hardy himself.

Purrrsday was on my mind and I took one for the team for my buddy Eric Stettmeier with this shot with Catwoman.

The Walking Dead returns October 14 and I am counting the days, but for now I was able to get my zombie fix at the the event.

In the above shot of me with Batgirl and Black Widow is cosplay model Alexia Jean Grey. "I'm a married spud, I'm a married spud." Sorry, a little Toy Story humor.

Here I am with Zatanna aka Riddle. Riddle is a well known cosplayer and was super cool. I had the pleasure of not only meeting her and getting to hear her take on cosplaying, but also was able to assist my friend Marshall Bradford with a photo session with her. Riddle is one classy lady.

Once again Mr Potato head dialogue comes to mind, but the Poison Ivy and Lady Loki above had me thinking threesome.  However, a kiss from either one would be deadly, but who cares, what a way to go go.

Can you believe the Joker tried to do me in? At least I would have died with a smile on my face. I had the absolute time of my life and I can't wait to do it again next year.

    1. Thanks Reis! It was a blast. I am still getting curious stirrings in my utility belt over the lovely ladies from that day.
